Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire product development lifecycle from conception to market launch.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring adherence to key milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for technical product development and validation with suppliers.
  • Lead the 360° launch process, including the creation of the launch book and coordination of deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Creation Studio, Operations, Communication, and Marketing.
  • Facilitate internal and external briefings for stakeholders.
  • Implement and monitor project management tools for product launches.
  • Ensure compliance and quality through internal validation charters.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices.
  • Prepare materials and participate in Creation Committees.
  • Draft precise product development briefs and compelling sales arguments.
  • Contribute to activity reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in development or operational marketing.
  • Affinity for luxury and beauty industries.

Skills

Proficiency in marketing development tools and methods. Project and budget management experience. Strong data analysis and risk assessment skills. Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of luxury codes and commercial environment. Sensitivity to sustainable development issues. Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury or beauty sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
