Role & Responsibilities

  • Co-manage strategic projects alongside product managers, including the development of new offerings, limited editions, and innovative concepts.
  • Oversee and validate artworks, engage in creative exchanges with partner agencies, and manage the G Box platform.
  • Coordinate the production of mock-ups, packshots, and 3D visuals, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Organize logistics for key meetings, presenting new and flagship products.
  • Manage the dispatch of packages for shoots, events, and subsidiaries both domestically and internationally.
  • Handle orders and inventory, overseeing the process from creation to delivery.
  • Actively participate in event organization, including tax-free events, presentation shows, and travel retail launches.
  • Respond promptly to urgent requests from retail and e-retail teams, ensuring the success of last-minute operations.
  • Update and enrich the product catalog and strategic documents.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and benchmarks to inspire teams and inform future launches.
  • Prepare performance summaries and presentations for business reviews.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, proposing ideas and inspiring teams on new concepts or formats.
  • Participate in franchise kick-off preparations and monitor packaging trends.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a higher education degree equivalent to BAC+4/BAC+5 (business school, IAE, university, or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a product, marketing, development, or coordination environment is appreciated.

Experience

Beginner level experience in product, marketing, development, or coordination environments is appreciated.
