Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of monthly and quarterly internal controls, including conducting tests to ensure compliance with procedures and alignment with group standards.
  • Participate in review missions such as audits of expense reports, physical inventories, and stock valuation across various departments and boutiques.
  • Contribute to the group's self-assessment campaign and the execution of the Maison's internal control plan.
  • Update and communicate new or revised internal procedures, raise awareness among employees, and support the implementation of corrective action plans.
  • Monitor and assess stock management in collaboration with different departments.
  • Support the implementation and review of the regulatory ethics framework, including SAPIN II, Third Party Due Diligence, and CSRD.
  • Participate in managing awareness campaigns, including supplier code of conduct signings, email campaigns, and communication on procedures related to conflicts of interest, charters, gifts, and invitations.
  • Update the Maison's supplier database and ensure their adherence to the Group's ethical standards.
  • Track the declaration of gifts and invitations and promote best practices.
  • Conduct risk and procedure awareness campaigns for employees.
  • Communicate clearly and pedagogically on process changes or the launch of new internal initiatives.
  • Propose improvements to enhance control efficiency and understanding of compliance issues within the Maison.
  • Present progress and action plans to the Management.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business school, engineering school, or equivalent, with a specialization in Finance, Financial Control, or Management Control.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Ideally, previous internship experience in internal/external audit, internal control, or management control.
  • Demonstrates autonomy, rigor, organization, and excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across all company departments.
  • Exhibits curiosity, motivation, and effective priority management.
  • Operational proficiency in English is required.

Experience
