Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the industrialization of new products, collaborating closely with packaging development, planning, quality, purchasing teams, and suppliers.
  • Conduct risk analyses and implement action plans to mitigate production risks.
  • Oversee trials and pre-series to validate project feasibility within quality, cost, and timeline constraints.
  • Draft and validate product specifications in collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Develop tertiary packaging solutions, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives with subcontractors to optimize product quality and packaging processes.
  • Lead regulatory updates and artwork changes, assessing financial impacts and managing stock transitions.
  • Facilitate coordination between development, planning, quality, purchasing teams, and subcontractors.
  • Organize and lead meetings, ensuring follow-up on identified actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with a strong technical inclination.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
  • Familiarity with packaging materials and conditioning lines.
  • Experience in industrial and conditioning sites is advantageous.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing complex projects.
  • Proficiency in English.

Experience
