Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the industrialization of new products, collaborating closely with packaging development, planning, quality, purchasing teams, and suppliers.
- Conduct risk analyses and implement action plans to mitigate production risks.
- Oversee trials and pre-series to validate project feasibility within quality, cost, and timeline constraints.
- Draft and validate product specifications in collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors.
- Develop tertiary packaging solutions, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives with subcontractors to optimize product quality and packaging processes.
- Lead regulatory updates and artwork changes, assessing financial impacts and managing stock transitions.
- Facilitate coordination between development, planning, quality, purchasing teams, and subcontractors.
- Organize and lead meetings, ensuring follow-up on identified actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with a strong technical inclination.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Familiarity with packaging materials and conditioning lines.
- Experience in industrial and conditioning sites is advantageous.
- Proven leadership skills in managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in English.
