Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment and management of the training plan in collaboration with headquarters HR teams and managers.
- Contribute to the creation of a communication plan to enhance and promote the training offerings.
- Manage the logistical aspects of training, including scheduling, welcoming trainers and participants, and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and facilities.
- Analyze feedback from post-training questionnaires to continuously improve the learning approach.
- Actively participate in the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring continuous improvement of onboarding procedures.
- Propose recommendations to enhance the onboarding offerings, including content, methods, and employee experience.
- Manage the logistics of integration modules, such as invitations, welcome booklets, and welcoming new employees.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of action plans within the Diversity & Inclusion strategy, collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive intelligence on innovative HR development practices and propose relevant initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business School, University, or equivalent.
- First experience or strong interest in HR development, training, or diversity & inclusion.
