Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the operational management and tracking of fragrance development projects, coordinating with internal teams such as the laboratory, marketing, and creative studio.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of tracking files and databases, including olfactory mapping, families, pyramids, and benchmarks.
  • Prepare and follow up on olfactory evaluation committees, organizing, consolidating feedback, and synthesizing opinions.
  • Participate in the analysis of fragrance performance, including tests, customer feedback, and longevity.
  • Conduct competitive studies, analyzing trends, performing field visits, and monitoring innovations and launches in the sector.
  • Create presentations and reports for the department based on research and benchmarks.
  • Maintain and structure documentary bases, including ingredients, INCI, claims, CSR, and collection mapping.
  • Contribute to the writing and creation of materials for masterclasses and internal or external events.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective information flow and project tracking.
  • Participate in the organization of events such as masterclasses, workshops, launches, and external events.
  • Support the laboratory in certain stages of development or reformulation.
  • Propose improvements for process enhancement and automation of tracking tools.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a university course, business school, ISIPCA, or equivalent with a specialization in finance, management control, or business management.
  • Sensitivity to luxury products and attention to detail.
  • Rigor, organization, and creativity with strong autonomy and the ability to quickly understand new environments.
  • Proficiency in data management, with excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint, and an interest in digital tools and process automation.
  • Anticipation, organization, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Reliability, transparency in communication, and a proactive approach to improving tools and work methods.
  • Interest in project-based work, teamwork, in an international and versatile environment with numerous foreign subsidiaries.
  • Adaptability and quick execution in a highly operational context.
  • Operational level of English is required.

Experience
