Role & Responsibilities

  • Regularly update the catalog of new products for markets and authorized distributors, including managing the brand space for Francis Kurkdjian.
  • Monitor product presentation on European distributor websites, analyzing visibility and compliance of promotions.
  • Participate in consolidating content needs for markets and develop creative assets for product pages with agencies and internal designers.
  • Create and develop newsletters for key events.
  • Construct E-Retail Toolkits for markets/distributors to support commercial development.
  • Coordinate trade and CRM campaigns, ensuring brand image consistency across platforms.
  • Directly manage certain European markets, including retailer relationships and digital promotions coordination.
  • Produce monthly activity reports for internal teams and subsidiaries, providing an overview of digital presence.
  • Occasionally analyze KPIs related to online commercial activities.
  • Conduct weekly competitive analysis on product presentation and e-retail practices in the beauty sector.
  • Support the E-Retail Project Manager and Director on development projects, including creating new digital content and updating performance tracking tools.
  • Adaptable role with responsibilities evolving based on the intern's profile and skill development.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent program.

Skills

Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Curiosity about digital, social media, product launches, and the retail/luxury sector. Open-mindedness and creativity in problem-solving and idea generation. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with various stakeholders. Customer experience sensitivity, business orientation, and brand image understanding. Project management and operational follow-up skills with a penchant for versatility and responsibility. Proficiency in English is required.

Experience

Beginner level experience in marketing, e-commerce, e-retail, or digital communication is appreciated.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent program.
