Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities to exceed monthly, seasonal, and annual sales goals, holding the boutique team accountable for sales and IPT targets.
  • Complete weekly business recaps for the Account Executive and Sales Director team.
  • Plan, organize, staff, and execute special events, collaborating with the Senior Regional Account Executive/Training Manager for in-store trainings and meetings.
  • Maintain the brand's luxurious image through proper product merchandising, staff presentation, and boutique cleanliness.
  • Equip boutique staff with the necessary tools for daily business operations, including smart sampling, wrapping ceremonies, and gifting techniques.
  • Monitor business performance, analyze results, and identify growth opportunities, communicating insights to the Regional Account Executive and Regional Sales Director.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, integrating every client into the CRM system and overseeing team follow-up.
  • Track daily business activities, including sales, samples, and stock, and monitor sales diversification to enhance underperforming items.
  • Develop professional expertise in MFK business procedures, product knowledge, and selling efficiency.
  • Utilize the MFK Backstage training app, ensuring 100% course completion.
  • Manage operational aspects of the boutique, including inventory, visual changes, scheduling, and POS management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management in a boutique or freestanding store environment.
  • Previous experience as a Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.
  • Passion for the MFK brand and its values, with the ability to convey this passion to the team and clients.

Skills

Empathetic and positive, results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Team player with strong listening and communication skills. Ability to recruit and build a high-performing, collaborative team. Resourceful with strong analytical skills for proactive problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management in a boutique or freestanding store environment.
