Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives, exceeding monthly, seasonal, and annual sales and IPT goals.
- Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, utilizing clientele tools to cultivate brand loyalty.
- Maintain excellent customer relations by providing outstanding service and ensuring every client is entered into the CRM system.
- Master brand storytelling and product knowledge through training and available tools.
- Consistently utilize the MFK Backstage training app, completing courses at 100%.
- Maintain the brand's luxurious image through impeccable merchandising, store presentation, and counter cleanliness.
- Adhere to the Maison’s selling ceremony standards, including smart sampling, wrapping ceremonies, and the art of gifting.
- Execute successful events in partnership with the team, creating unique client experiences and achieving booking and volume goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in prestige beauty, fragrance, or skincare sales.
- Experience as a Client Advisor or Brand Ambassador.
- Passion for the MFK brand and its values.
