Assistant Retail Designer

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and manage architectural and spatial design projects across various scales, including murals, boutiques, and corners.
• Create sketches, 3D models, and SketchUp designs adhering to the new architectural guidelines.
• Utilize AutoCAD for technical plans and prototypes, and proficiently use Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and KeyShot.
• Oversee construction sites, coordinate with technical teams, and implement post-opening modifications.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising for installations and updates in boutiques and corners.
• Manage orders for point-of-sale materials across different geographic markets.
• Work with internal teams to integrate operational needs and sustainable alternatives.
• Participate in tenders with the Purchasing department and maintain relationships with suppliers, architects, and creative agencies.
• Analyze strategic locations for points of sale, assessing competition and traffic in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Conduct trend analysis and propose innovative, sustainable solutions.
• Ensure post-opening follow-up, necessary modifications, and manage on-site contingencies.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an Architecture or Spatial Design school, with a recommended level of M2+ for involvement and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and KeyShot.
• Strong artistic sensitivity and creativity.
• Autonomy, versatility, rigor, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and geographic areas.
• Experience in project management and site supervision.
• Ability to handle pressure, unforeseen events, and demonstrate flexibility.
• Interest in CSR and sustainable alternatives.
• Curiosity, constructive persistence, and continuous trend monitoring.
• Fluency in English.

Education

Enrollment in an Architecture or Spatial Design program, preferably at M2+ level.
