Role & Responsibilities
- Design and manage architectural and spatial design projects across various scales, including murals, boutiques, and corners.
- Create sketches, 3D models, and SketchUp designs adhering to the new architectural guidelines.
- Utilize AutoCAD for technical plans and prototypes, and proficiently use Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and KeyShot.
- Oversee construction sites, coordinate with technical teams, and implement post-opening modifications.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising for installations and updates in boutiques and corners.
- Manage orders for point-of-sale materials across different geographic markets.
- Work with internal teams to integrate operational needs and sustainable alternatives.
- Participate in tenders with the Purchasing department and maintain relationships with suppliers, architects, and creative agencies.
- Analyze strategic locations for points of sale, assessing competition and traffic in collaboration with commercial teams.
- Conduct trend analysis and propose innovative, sustainable solutions.
- Ensure post-opening follow-up, necessary modifications, and manage on-site contingencies.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in an Architecture or Spatial Design school, with a recommended level of M2+ for involvement and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and KeyShot.
- Strong artistic sensitivity and creativity.
- Autonomy, versatility, rigor, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and geographic areas.
- Experience in project management and site supervision.
- Ability to handle pressure, unforeseen events, and demonstrate flexibility.
- Interest in CSR and sustainable alternatives.
- Curiosity, constructive persistence, and continuous trend monitoring.
- Fluency in English.
