Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise the two Customer Service hubs located in Paris and the USA, ensuring continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Manage order processing, and handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests using customer service tools such as Salesforce Service Console and ERP.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, IT, Quality) to address complex issues, ensuring transparent and customer-oriented solutions.
- Oversee the management of product returns and e-commerce order refunds.
- Monitor the performance of customer service hubs, analyze KPIs, and propose optimizations.
- Draft and update procedural articles in Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance the knowledge base for advisors.
- Analyze B2C customer feedback to identify improvement areas and synthesize feedback into categorized reports.
- Participate in the collection and analysis of customer feedback through various channels to improve offerings and internal processes.
- Assist in the coordination of omni-channel CRM projects, including workshop preparation and support in presentation creation.
- Aid in the preparation of parcel shipments, ensuring accurate delivery information and timely dispatch.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business school or equivalent, seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English.

Experience
Ideal candidates will have a preliminary experience of six months in a digital role.
Education
Master's degree in progress, preferably in a business-related field.
