Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the construction and monitoring of country-specific pricing strategies to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with zone managers and subsidiaries to execute annual price increases and set prices for new products in local currencies.
- Implement competitive intelligence and pricing strategies for niche perfumes in key markets.
- Develop dashboards using Power BI to analyze pricing positions by country and product, and to assess price corridors between markets.
- Work with development teams to position innovations across all currencies.
- Coordinate with sales teams to distribute pricelists to retailers.
- Conduct price analyses considering sales, volumes, distribution, and competition.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree (minimum Bac +4/5) in Business School, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Excellent command of Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables; VBA knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with Data Visualization/Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong interest in the luxury and perfumery sector.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second foreign language is advantageous.
