Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from various sources and tools such as ERP, Anaplan, DataEntry, and Infoware.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for monitoring commercial performance by product, channel, and region.
- Prepare executive summary presentations for senior management.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses, including launch tracking and identification of opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure the creation, updating, and reliability of point-of-sale data in information systems in collaboration with commercial teams across HQ, regions, and subsidiaries.
- Implement quality controls to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
- Identify and rectify anomalies, collaborating with Sales, Digital, Operations, Collection & Image, and IT teams to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program (minimum Bac +4/5) in Business School, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Excellent command of Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables; proficiency in VBA is a plus.
- Familiarity with Data Visualization/Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Demonstrated rigor, organization, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong interest in the luxury and fragrance sectors.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with some exposure to data analysis or business intelligence.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
