Role & Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the development and management of the editorial calendar across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including content proposals, planning, post creation, video editing, caption writing, asset selection, and market adaptation.
- Handle the scheduling of posts and moderation of comments in collaboration with the customer service team.
- Manage projects independently, including the potential to lead major campaigns, with creative freedom under team validation.
- Conduct active monitoring of social media trends, competitive benchmarking in the luxury and high perfumery sector, and propose innovative ideas to enhance the brand's presence and image.
- Verify and approve media assets from agencies before publication, ensuring format accuracy, link coherence, visual selection, and adaptation to target markets.
- Assist in the logistical preparation of photo shoots, including package preparation, organization, delivery tracking, and asset utilization.
- Collaborate with the creative studio for digital content layout and adaptation, adhering to the brand's graphic charter.
- Draft media briefs for asset adaptation in collaboration with the studio.
- Oversee post-production and asset delivery for each campaign, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in communication or marketing (M1 or M2 level) with a strong interest in social media and digital content creation.
- Previous experience in a communication agency or within an image/digital department is appreciated.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience is preferred, ideally in a communication agency or digital/image department.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in communication or marketing.
