Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager.
- Lead and coach a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain awareness of new product launches, promotional activities, and market trends.
- Ensure all team members participate in relevant training to provide consistent service.
- Manage team-related matters including scheduling, absences, and performance.
- Ensure immaculate merchandising and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Oversee stock management and administrative tasks including sales analysis.
- Establish professional relationships with stakeholders and adhere to company policies.
- Support talent acquisition and conduct performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail sales management experience, ideally within luxury brands.
