Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed account sales targets as set by the Area Manager.
- Lead and coach a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain awareness of new launches, promotional activities, and business trends.
- Ensure the team participates in relevant training to align with global service standards.
- Manage stock replenishment, merchandising, and administrative tasks.
- Develop and manage team performance, including recruitment and appraisals.
- Establish professional relationships with stakeholders, including host store management and LVMH Head Office.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail or luxury sales.
