Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Area Manager.
- Lead and coach a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain awareness of new product launches and promotional activities.
- Ensure the team is knowledgeable about all Maison Francis Kurkdjian products.
- Manage stock replenishment and ensure counters are well-merchandised.
- Conduct administrative tasks including sales analysis and reporting.
- Foster professional relationships with stakeholders and host store management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in talent acquisition and employee development processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
