Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Area Manager.
- Lead and coach a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain awareness of new product launches and promotional activities.
- Ensure team participation in relevant training courses for consistent service delivery.
- Manage stock replenishment and ensure immaculate merchandising.
- Conduct sales analysis and manage administrative tasks related to account management.
- Establish professional relationships with stakeholders, including store management and LVMH Head Office.
- Identify and interview candidates for team vacancies, collaborating with the Area Sales Manager on hiring processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail or luxury sales.
- Proven leadership capabilities and team management experience.
