Overview

LVMH Fragrance Brands is the beauty division within the LVMH group that incubates and develops premium perfume, makeup and skincare maisons, notably supporting Givenchy Parfums and Kenzo Parfums. The organisation operates as an entrepreneurial creative hub that combines in‑house studio capabilities with international brand and market reach, and places strong emphasis on talent development through structured learning programs and cross‑brand mobility within the LVMH ecosystem.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate management of campaign visuals and visual charters with photograveurs and external suppliers, ensuring on‑time delivery to markets.
  • Verify technical and legal conformity of files received from creative agencies and ensure correct transmission of rights information to suppliers and ordering platforms.
  • Manage upload and publication of high‑definition charters, retro‑lit masters and visual masters on the internal file server; maintain archiving and version control.
  • Receive, classify and distribute visual references to markets; prepare and follow up on physical shipments (DHL) of visual referents.
  • Participate in the conception and execution of communication charters for markets, produce country‑specific adaptations and cadrages, and prepare layout books from agency pivot frames.
  • Propose alternative framings and variants in response to operational feedback and support cross‑functional stakeholders (marketing, agencies, suppliers).

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a programme in applied arts, graphic design or visual communication (student status required).
  • Portfolio demonstrating layout, visual cadrage and/or print production work (portfolio mandatory for application).
  • Good command of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of the graphic chain and printing techniques (prepress/print production).
  • Strong organisational rigour, autonomy, responsiveness and collaborative interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English.

Experience

Entry‑level internship for students; professional experience is not required but prior coursework or project work in graphic production, print or advertising is advantageous. A portfolio is mandatory and will be reviewed as part of the recruitment process.

Education

Student in applied arts, graphic design or visual communication (ongoing academic programme).

Benefits

Internship allowance €1,300–€1,400 gross/month; 6 paid authorised absence days; access to company restaurant; 1 day remote work per week after two months with manager approval; end‑of‑internship recommendation and potential eligibility for internal vacancies and the International Graduate Program (GLOW); integration seminar, networking events, HR coaching workshops and mentorship by a senior buddy.
