Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the management of visual assets and communication guidelines with photogravers.
- Verify the compliance of files received from agencies.
- Facilitate communication between service providers and ensure the availability of files on the internal server.
- Transmit guidelines and rights information to suppliers for integration on the online ordering platform.
- Upload high-definition guidelines and illuminated visual masters.
- Manage the archiving and updating of files on the server.
- Receive and distribute visual references according to market needs.
- Prepare and track logistical shipments (DHL).
- Archive and organize visual references.
- Participate in the design and execution of communication guidelines for markets.
- Create adaptations and specific framings according to country or internal service needs.
- Layout and adapt framing books from pivot framings provided by agencies.
- Propose framing variations based on feedback and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in applied arts, graphic design, or visual communication program.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the graphic chain and printing techniques.
- Fluency in English.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in applied arts, graphic design, or visual communication.
