Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training strategies aligned with business objectives for Travel Retail China and Taiwan.
- Plan and manage training activities and program schedules for Beauty Consultants (BCs).
- Deliver field coaching and product training for BCs and conduct quarterly staff training.
- Manage and motivate a team of trainers based in Hainan and Taiwan.
- Regularly visit stores to observe customer behavior and coach BCs.
- Ensure adherence to D.I.O.R service standards and product expertise.
- Plan and monitor training and travel expenses within budget constraints.
- Develop and motivate BCs through training and coaching, identifying high potential individuals for specialization programs.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of training experience in the beauty retail environment.
- Strong leadership and independent work capabilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Proficiency in product training for skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.

A minimum of 5-8 years in training within the beauty retail sector, with solid field coaching experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
