Trade Marketing Manager

LVMH Fragrance Brands in Buenos Aires seeks a Trade Marketing Manager to lead trade strategy for Parfums Givenchy & Kenzo Parfums.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Trade Marketing function for Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums in Argentina.
  • Design and implement the regional trade marketing strategy to maximise in‑store visibility, customer experience and sales performance.
  • Plan, execute and monitor trade activities including promotions, product launches, events and visual merchandising campaigns.
  • Negotiate annual space and visibility agreements with shopping centres and key retailers.
  • Prepare, control and monthly‑phased manage the department’s annual budget; oversee CAPEX projects for corporate furniture and fixtures.
  • Ensure correct brand presence at clients: planogram compliance, GTS, shelf sets and merchandising grids.
  • Develop new visibility opportunities and retail activations to drive incremental sales.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers and retail partners; supervise promoter schedules for both brands.
  • Monitor and analyse trade performance using key metrics to evaluate ROI and recommend continuous improvements; report regularly to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum five years’ relevant experience in trade marketing, retail or FMCG; experience in luxury, cosmetics or fragrances is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities concurrently.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in trade marketing, retail marketing or commercial roles, preferably within luxury goods, cosmetics or fragrance categories. Demonstrated track record of managing budgets, retailer negotiations and trade activations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a closely related field.
