Role & Responsibilities
- Support project management and monitoring activities: collect and analyse project data, track KPIs and manage project documentation.
- Assist product teams with backlog management and Agile ceremonies; use JIRA and Confluence to maintain requirements, user stories and status reporting.
- Contribute to technical support and solution understanding by liaising with architects and technical teams; participate in technical reviews.
- Perform technology watch and research to identify relevant tools and platforms; contribute findings to project decision-making.
- Participate in test phases and validation activities, document test results and follow up on corrective actions.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas and write clear meeting minutes; facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
- Propose process and user‑experience improvements for project deliverables and internal communication materials.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering program (computer science, networks, cybersecurity or related discipline).
- Solid technical knowledge and a strong interest in IT architectures, cybersecurity and UX.
- Familiarity with Agile project management principles and backlog management.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (Pack Office).
- Good analytical and synthesis abilities, strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Autonomy, proactivity, curiosity and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a plus; experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.

Experience
Beginner — suitable for a student-level candidate. Prior internship or academic project experience in IT or project management is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in an engineering degree (computer science, networks, cybersecurity or a related field).
