Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the deployment and enhancement of the SPRING LVMH Graduate Programs, focusing on integration, development, and career management.
  • Participate in designing and implementing learning initiatives and community events, including alumni gatherings, learning expeditions, and hybrid training modules.
  • Support talent reviews and talent pooling initiatives.
  • Contribute to emerging HR projects for Next Generation Talents.
  • Assist in identifying and sharing best practices across Maisons, coordinating benchmarks and mappings.
  • Facilitate stakeholder and ambassador communities, including graduates, mentors, managers, and HR professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
  • Coordinate back-office activities, including project management, budget follow-up, reporting, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program.
  • Native or business fluent in English; medium proficiency in French is mandatory.
  • Passion for people and luxury industries.

Skills

Digital savvy with proficiency in crafting narratives through PowerPoint. Agility and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Autonomous, rigorous, and organized.
