Supply and Distribution Planning Intern at LVMH Fragrance & Cosmetics in Singapore — internship supporting APAC supply chain, Anaplan planning and Power BI analysis (starts May/June 2026).
Overview
LVMH Fragrance & Cosmetics operates within the LVMH group and manages a portfolio of prestige beauty and fragrance maisons such as Christian Dior, Guerlain and Givenchy. The regional APAC hub in Singapore coordinates distribution, market development and operational excellence for a range of luxury brands, offering a performance-driven, brand-focused environment with international exposure across retail and wholesale channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and manage weekly distribution deployment plans for APAC markets, ensuring alignment with market demand, stock levels and product availability.
- Operate the Anaplan planning environment to monitor distribution activities and update forecasts and deployment scenarios.
- Support SAP-driven supply chain processes to maintain accurate inventory and movement records.
- Monitor replenishment of exceptional pieces (PEX) across APAC, flagging shortages or overstock risks and proposing mitigation recommendations.
- Analyse large datasets using Power Query and Power BI to identify trends and inform supply and demand decisions.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, production) to align on service levels, promotions and inventory strategies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within distribution and planning workflows and propose actionable solutions.
- Lead or contribute to ad hoc supply & demand planning projects as assigned, demonstrating initiative and delivering measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrated proficiency in data manipulation and interpretation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI and Power Query preferred.
- Familiarity with Anaplan and SAP is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data-driven tasks.
- Self-motivated, proactive learner able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Entry-level / beginner: suitable for candidates with limited professional experience who are currently completing an undergraduate or graduate programme and seeking practical exposure to supply and distribution planning.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or a related field.
