Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Engagement team to ensure consistency of employee experience and alignment of HR initiatives across the Group.
- Help disseminate and embed LVMH values internally by contributing to messaging and internal campaigns that reinforce corporate identity.
- Coordinate and contribute to strategic HR communications projects, ensuring coherence between talent initiatives and brand narratives.
- Contribute to the creation and adaptation of editorial and graphic identities for HR communications materials.
- Participate in the production and project follow-up of digital and audiovisual content designed for internal audiences.
- Assist in drafting and distributing key HR communications through the HR community and other internal channels.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Marketing or a related discipline (apprenticeship/alternance track).
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, with ability to produce clear, concise and audience‑appropriate content.
- Familiarity with corporate and internal communication registers and the ability to adapt tone and vocabulary to different audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and ability to propose original content and formats.

Experience
Entry-level apprenticeship: no prior professional experience required. Relevant internships or practical coursework in communications, marketing or HR communications will be considered an asset.
Education
Enrolled in a higher-education programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in Communications, Marketing, Corporate Communication or equivalent; recruitment on an apprenticeship (alternance) basis.
