Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and summarize purchasing requests and supplier proposals.
- Support supplier onboarding processes, including due diligence checks.
- Assist in the purchasing to payment process, such as contract signing.
- Organize and provide onsite support for sourcing coordination events.
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
Skills
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and image/video editing software.
Fluency in Mandarin and English; French is a plus.
Experience
Beginner-level experience in sourcing or procurement-related roles.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher.
