Senior Merchandiser

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide daily, weekly, and seasonal merchandising support.
• Update and monitor sales performance and stock delivery.
• Complete routine reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Perform business analysis with the manager to develop action plans to achieve financial targets.
• Collect feedback from stores to headquarters.
• Monitor merchandise distribution and execute consolidation and transfers within the region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for events such as product transfers and customer orders.
• Assist the merchandising team in daily operations.
• Provide seasonal assortment plans and line sheets.
• Support events and markdowns, including logistics and stock returns.
• Upload pricing events for product launches and markdowns.
• Prepare and conduct seasonal product training.
• Conduct market trends and competitor research.
• Handle product quality issues and liaise with relevant teams for services.

Qualifications

• Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• High degree of work commitment.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
