Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and execute financial closing processes and reporting, including inventory and fixed asset management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting, tax, and legal requirements.
- Manage tax-related matters, including tax filing and reporting.
- Process invoice posting for inventory purchases and manage freight and duty-related accounting.
- Register fixed assets into the system and manage depreciation, disposal, and transfer postings.
- Execute journal entries and perform intercompany reconciliation.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to Group HQs.
- Support internal and external audit processes and ensure tax compliance.
- Participate in special projects and provide support to team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Japanese CPA or Tax Accountant certification is a plus.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese with a TOEIC score over 800.
Skills
Experience
More than 5 years of work experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or business analysis within a corporate environment. Experience with SAP and understanding of IFRS/US GAAP is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
