Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Development Team through detailed reporting and communication.
- Provide insights and executive summaries on weekly retail sales, tracking performance against targets.
- Reconcile monthly sales reports with actual results.
- Analyze Gift Set Sell Thru Reports during key commercial periods for the US and Canada.
- Manage forecasting and inventory, including setting up monthly forecast templates for new product launches.
- Update and manage the Newness Calendar with new launches and historical comparisons.
- Communicate bi-weekly inventory status and manage order forms seasonally.
- Create templates for seasonal and new product launches and monitor quota issues.
- Reconcile shipments versus allocations for launches and point of sale materials.
- Assist in strategic allocation of point of sale materials and tools.
- Support distribution updates and account management for independent accounts.
- Attend monthly operations meetings to ensure coordination and problem-solving.
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations for business reviews.
- Participate in special projects to improve sales operations.
- Collaborate with IT for reporting system updates and optimizations.
- Partner with Key Account Managers and Business Planning Coordinators.
- Conduct ad hoc reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales administration.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
