Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate retail projects including pop-ups, store openings, and renovations.
  • Enhance retail excellence through visual merchandising and operational improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords to support business growth.
  • Plan and implement training programs for sales staff on selling skills and customer service.
  • Assist in setting up and managing the store's CRM mechanism.
  • Establish effective team structures to minimize turnover and overtime.
  • Recruit and coach Beauty Advisors to ensure job competency.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Standardize stock management and control operational costs.
  • Manage consumer complaints and liaise with local government agencies for inspections.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail operations within a multinational company.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proven leadership and presentation abilities.
  • Preferred experience in fragrance, beauty, fashion, or FMCG sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of responsibility and integrity.
