Retail Supervisor
KENZO seeks a Retail Supervisor for its Bruton Street store in London to lead sales, visual merchandising and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible brand ambassador: instil passion for KENZO, embody the Maison’s DNA and model role‑model behaviour for the sales team.
- Oversee in‑store visual merchandising and ensure all VM guidelines are implemented and maintained to brand standards.
- Drive exemplary client service and the client journey, including proactive use of client books and after‑sales care to maximise loyalty.
- Manage day‑to‑day sales activity: motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets, monitor KPIs and propose commercial action plans.
- Control inventory and stock processes: ensure appropriate stock levels, conduct weekly rotating inventories and bi‑annual stock takes to minimise loss.
- Analyse sales performance and market trends (UK RTW and leather goods), forecast demand and liaise with management on local commercial initiatives.
- Lead people and HR processes: run monthly one‑to‑ones, conduct bi‑annual appraisals in conjunction with HR, support recruitment, training and succession planning.
- Perform back‑office duties and governance: submit weekly reports, ensure compliance with company policies and maintain relationships with Head Office, HR and Finance.
Qualifications
- Degree level education or equivalent.
- Minimum five years’ experience in luxury retail, with at least three years’ experience managing people.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Thorough knowledge of UK retail legislation, store security procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to coach and develop retail teams.

Minimum five years’ experience within luxury retail, including at least three years in a managerial or supervisory capacity with responsibility for sales performance, team development and stock control.

Degree level or above.
