Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze the visibility of the group's Maisons and their competitors across press, web, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure the reliability and quality of collected data.
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports to assist Maisons in evaluating editorial visibility and the impact of media actions.
  • Provide training and support to Maisons on tool usage.
  • Conduct AdHoc studies on industry trends, Maison strategies, and influencer dynamics.
  • Contribute to the transition to a new data visualization environment by optimizing tools and improving analytical processes.
  • Collaborate with various HQ/market stakeholders and service providers such as Launchmetrics/DMR.
  • Participate in the design and monitoring of Customer Insights studies, including questionnaire development and project follow-up.
  • Perform simple statistical analyses and assist in preparing study presentation materials and interpreting results.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 in Business School, University, or equivalent with a specialization in Management or Communication.
  • Demonstrated interest in Media with prior experience in a Social Media/PR department within the luxury sector being advantageous.
  • Proactive, curious, organized, and meticulous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Possesses an analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable handling and analyzing large datasets using data visualization tools such as Power Bi or Tableau.
  • Fluent in English.
