Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including evaluating needs with managers, drafting and disseminating job postings, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and overseeing integration.
  • Ensure individual follow-up for interns and apprentices to guarantee their well-being and progression.
  • Animate the intern and apprentice community through onboarding, networking, and internal events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with target schools and promote the brand within educational institutions.
  • Contribute to the promotion of job offers on social media and develop communication and training materials.
  • Collaborate with MH for specific requests and liaise with all departments within the company.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Master's program (Year 1 or 2) in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR role, preferably with recruitment exposure.
  • Fluency in French and English.

Skills

Analytical abilities and strong communication skills. Customer service orientation and initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email). Excellent interpersonal and writing skills. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.

Experience

Entry-level, suitable for candidates with initial experience in HR, particularly in recruitment.

Education

Master's degree in progress in Human Resources or related field.
