Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end procurement process for new packaging and POSM articles: prepare and send RFQs, negotiate with suppliers and analyse offers.
  • Finalize supplier selection and contractual terms in coordination with Category Buyers; initiate pricing to trigger supply.
  • Report procurement activity and commitments using Per Angusta and maintain accurate purchase engagement tracking.
  • Contribute to the development of purchasing tools and best practices aligned with Maison strategies.
  • Conduct benchmarking and knowledge‑management activities to capture supplier intelligence and market trends.
  • Participate in cross‑functional and cross‑Maison projects linked to the three‑year purchasing strategy, liaising with internal stakeholders (Development, Logistics, Quality, Sustainability, Article Reference) and external suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in Master 2 with a specialisation in Purchasing (business school, engineering school or university).
  • Minimum 6 months proven experience in procurement within a large company.
  • Fluent English (oral and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and build relationships.
  • Curiosity, integrity, initiative and leadership potential.
  • Ability to synthesise complex issues and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

Experience

Candidate must be entering Master 2 in Purchasing and bring at least six months' hands‑on experience in procurement. Prior exposure to the luxury sector or wines & spirits is a strong advantage.

Education

Enrolment in Master 2 (Purchasing / Supply Chain / Business or Engineering school) or equivalent university programme.
