Purchasing Management Control Apprentice
Moët Hennessy seeks a Purchasing Management Control Apprentice in Reims, France — work-study role (Sept 2026) supporting indirect purchasing finance, reporting and PowerBI.

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Indirect Purchasing Director in preparing and analysing financial statements for actuals and forecasts.
- Support monthly and rolling forecast reporting for the Purchasing function, including contribution to budget construction and revisions (expenses, performance, operating costs).
- Design, maintain and analyse monthly performance dashboards; present insights and follow-up actions.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and specific studies (digital procurement tools such as E‑RFX, Spend Visibility), and contribute to PowerBI dataset development.
- Collaborate with internal control to review and implement processes and participate in CSR-related analyses.
- Work closely with Purchasing Directors, CPL Moët‑Hennessy and finance teams across subsidiaries (CFOs, financial controllers, management controllers).
- Produce clear deliverables using Excel and PowerPoint as primary tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (Master 2) in finance, accounting or equivalent (business school or university) or in a gap year between degrees.
- Minimum 6 months of prior professional experience within a large company (internship or work experience) is required.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity and business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive, autonomous and integrity-driven.
