Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier relationships: sourcing, verification and validation of supplier account creation, negotiation and contract setup, and ongoing supplier performance follow-up.
  • Train and support internal stakeholders on procurement processes and delegated purchasing.
  • Coordinate and run MHCS tenders: gather internal requirements, perform sourcing, prepare consultation dossiers, negotiate and follow up service delivery.
  • Support organisation of annual Business Reviews: consolidate data with internal clients, prepare presentation materials, coordinate and run meetings.
  • Assist the Purchasing Manager in daily management of the Services, Flows and Operations scope.

Qualifications

  • Final‑year Master's student in Purchasing, Supply Chain or equivalent (alternance required)
  • Strong analytical rigour and attention to detail
  • Proven negotiation capability or demonstrated aptitude for negotiation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Pack Office)
  • Autonomous, professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, adaptability and a collaborative mindset

Experience
