Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and promoting the Virtuoses community within LVMH.
- Support the organization of events related to the Virtuoses program, including ceremonies, meetings, and workshops.
- Coordinate logistics with various LVMH Maisons and external service providers.
- Create and distribute internal and external communication materials for the program.
- Track administrative and budgetary aspects of program activities.
- Draft and send communications to the Virtuoses community.
- Collect and disseminate testimonials from Virtuoses about their professions and journeys.
- Propose initiatives to strengthen community ties among Virtuoses.
- Organize exchange and experience-sharing sessions for the Virtuoses.
- Conduct research on initiatives for valuing craftsmanship and excellence.
- Contribute to discussions on program evolution to include new professions and forms of excellence.
- Promote the program within LVMH Maisons.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Management, Human Resources, Business School, or related fields.
- Interest in professional training, pedagogy, and skill development.
- Ability to adapt to various profiles (HR, industry experts, operational, administrative, financial).
- Creativity, pragmatism, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
- Team spirit and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
