Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and promoting the Virtuoses community within LVMH.
  • Support the organization of events related to the Virtuoses program, including ceremonies, meetings, and workshops.
  • Coordinate logistics with various LVMH Maisons and external service providers.
  • Create and distribute internal and external communication materials for the program.
  • Track administrative and budgetary aspects of program activities.
  • Draft and send communications to the Virtuoses community.
  • Collect and disseminate testimonials from Virtuoses about their professions and journeys.
  • Propose initiatives to strengthen community ties among Virtuoses.
  • Organize exchange and experience-sharing sessions for the Virtuoses.
  • Conduct research on initiatives for valuing craftsmanship and excellence.
  • Contribute to discussions on program evolution to include new professions and forms of excellence.
  • Promote the program within LVMH Maisons.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Management, Human Resources, Business School, or related fields.
  • Interest in professional training, pedagogy, and skill development.
  • Ability to adapt to various profiles (HR, industry experts, operational, administrative, financial).
  • Creativity, pragmatism, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
  • Team spirit and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
