Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support MH Global Sourcing Owner Dry Goods in all sourcing activities for dry goods across the Moët Hennessy portfolio.
  • Map and analyse supplier panels within Houses and Regions; conduct sector analyses identifying risks, opportunities and potential new suppliers in France and internationally.
  • Develop purchasing tools and implement best practices aligned with House strategies and Group guidelines.
  • Perform benchmarking, maintain knowledge management and market intelligence on primary and secondary packaging.
  • Contribute to purchase budgeting and medium‑term purchasing plans for MH; participate in coordination with LVMH purchasing functions.
  • Manage supplier relationships and support supplier qualification and performance follow‑up.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (Development, Logistics, Quality, Sustainability, House Lead Buyers) on sourcing and packaging projects.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master’s (M2) programme with a specialisation in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or Engineering.
  • Minimum six months’ prior experience in purchasing within a large company (internship or fixed‑term experience).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of ARIBA, COGNOS and SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, intellectual curiosity, agility, integrity, initiative and proactivity; ability to synthesise issues and work collaboratively.

Experience

Entry‑level work‑study candidate (Master’s level) with at least six months’ experience in procurement; prior exposure to luxury goods or wines & spirits is a plus.
