Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting tender documents, including specifications, consultation regulations, and analysis grids.
- Contribute to the monitoring of consultations and analysis of bids.
- Participate in the preparation of negotiation summaries.
- Engage in the Procurement Committee and report on KPIs.
- Manage the supplier contract database.
- Support colleagues in utilizing procurement tools.
- Interact daily with General Services teams and internal departments such as procurement, legal, cybersecurity, and IT.
- Assist in the preparation and management of annual Business Reviews, including data collection and meeting facilitation.
- Participate in contract negotiations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred in relevant fields such as Business or Commerce.
Skills
Experience
A preliminary experience in commerce or procurement, such as an internship or apprenticeship, is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred.
