Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of daily accounts payable operations.
  • Support the month-end closing process and deliver precise accounts payable reporting.
  • Prepare monthly Group Financial Reporting in compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within the accounts payable function.
  • Provide financial support by effectively completing assigned accounts payable projects.
  • Process daily purchase requisitions and purchase orders, including invoice matching and compliance verification.
  • Monitor invoice due dates and coordinate payment schedules to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Perform monthly intercompany and key vendor account reconciliations.
  • Conduct monthly follow-up on accounts payable KPIs and resolve pending items.
  • Liaise with relevant business and BPC teams to address accounts payable-related matters.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects to support brand business from a finance perspective.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience, with prior experience in the retail industry preferred.

Skills

Strong logical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proactive team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in English, both oral and written. Working knowledge of financial systems and proficiency in office software.

Experience

A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the retail industry.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
