People Experience Assistant
LVMH in Paris seeks a People Experience Assistant (apprenticeship) to support performance management, employee experience analytics and internal communications.

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the end‑to‑end performance management cycle (planning, monitoring, deliverables) to ensure a structured and impactful campaign across Maisons.
- Design, update and maintain manager and employee materials (guides, Q&As, templates, communications) aligned with LVMH culture and standards.
- Consolidate data, monitor progress and completion rates, and contribute to dashboards, analyses and stakeholder presentations.
- Collect and synthesise feedback (surveys, stakeholder interviews) to drive continuous improvement of employee experience, processes and tools.
- Research market best practices and emerging trends; produce concise benchmark notes and contribute to content for communications, learning kits, videos and virtual workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in higher education (HR, business school, occupational psychology, organisational development or equivalent).
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Very good written English; French is the primary working language.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in data consolidation and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and ability to produce polished, professional deliverables.
- Curiosity about employee experience, performance management practices and evolving ways of working.
- Team‑oriented, proactive and reliable; high regard for quality and brand image.
Skills
Experience
Early‑career candidate; currently in a study programme — a prior internship in HR or a closely related field is an advantage.
Education
Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in Human Resources, Business School, Work/Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
