Role & Responsibilities
- Support performance management by orchestrating various stages of the performance cycle, ensuring a seamless and impactful campaign.
- Create and update resources for managers and employees, ensuring clarity and alignment with LVMH culture.
- Monitor and analyze data, track progress and completion rates, and prepare analyses, dashboards, and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Gather and synthesize feedback to propose concrete improvements for enhancing employee experience and refining processes and tools.
- Explore emerging trends and conduct benchmarks, drafting concise benchmark notes and contributing to communication content creation on these topics.
Qualifications
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills, particularly in English, with French as the working language.
- Analytical mindset, proficient with office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Curiosity about employee experience and HR practice evolution.
- Team spirit, proactivity, and reliability.
Skills
Experience
A first experience (internship) in HR or a related field is appreciated.
Education
Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business School, Occupational Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
