LVMH — Paris (8th): Partnerships Project Coordinator (Apprenticeship) starting Sept 2026, support digital partner sourcing and manage the Digital Partners platform.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate Digital/Tech partners: attend meetings with prospective partners, perform market monitoring and benchmark analyses aligned with the priorities of the maisons.
  • Maintain and enrich the Digital Partners database/platform: coordinate updates, manage access, liaise with the platform provider and add partner event information.
  • Support project management for the Partnerships team: assist managers in project tracking, prepare concise presentations and status reports.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives: collaborate with Procurement, Omnichannel and Tech teams to source startups/solutions for group programmes (e.g. LVMH Innovation Award, La Maison des Startups).
  • Represent the team at digital/tech conferences and events to discover emerging topics and potential partners, and collect feedback from maisons.
  • Help create internal communication tools and materials to increase visibility of team activations and partner projects, and participate in committee meetings.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or pursuing a Bac+4/5 (Master's level) in Business, Innovation, Digital, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with key actors of the Digital/Tech ecosystem and demonstrable interest in innovation and technology.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to produce clear, synthesis presentations.
  • Good interpersonal skills and capacity to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Attention to detail and alignment with LVMH values: creativity, innovation, excellence and entrepreneurial spirit.

Experience

Early-career profile; beginners are welcome. Prior internships or practical experience in digital, innovation or marketing ecosystems are a plus but not mandatory.

Education

Master's degree (Bac+4/5) or current enrolment in a Business School or University programme with specialization in Innovation, Digital or Marketing.
