Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the offline anti-counterfeiting program for 25 Maisons across 70 countries.
  • Respond to product expertise requests from public authorities.
  • Organize proactive operations through a network of specialized providers.
  • Manage the judicial follow-up of conducted actions.
  • Prepare activity reports for the concerned Maisons.
  • Create training materials for authorities and investigators.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Experience

A first experience in a company or law firm is required.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
