Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and follow-up with clients.
  • Ensure the quality and completeness of project briefs across all assigned projects.
  • Assist the sales team in estimating production and development costs.
  • Anticipate and identify product risks through risk analysis.
  • Manage project schedules, securing critical milestones.
  • Ensure the maintenance of technical documentation internally and with clients.
  • Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and lead corrective technical actions internally and with clients.
  • Oversee the follow-up and delivery of pre-series.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives internally and for clients.
  • Implement and monitor development indicators (upstream and downstream).
  • Lead and facilitate project feedback sessions.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical processes related to metal parts (jewelry/leather goods).
  • Experience in the luxury, fashion, or jewelry sectors.
  • Experience in the industrial sector.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proficiency in basic design and reading 2D and 3D plans.

Skills

Collaborative mindset. Strong client relationship skills. Organizational skills for managing multiple projects. Agility and responsiveness to meet luxury and fashion client demands. Proficiency in Excel, SolidWorks, ERP systems. Fluency in English and Italian.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly within the luxury, fashion, or jewelry sectors.

Education

Engineering degree or equivalent.
