Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure comprehensive understanding and deployment of group definitions related to headcounts and HR KPIs.
- Consolidate and monitor monthly headcount and KPI evolution, providing analysis for HRD/Finance.
- Coordinate with Central Finance to maintain consistency in HR numbers.
- Serve as the focal point for Group HR Analytics, ensuring data quality for monthly reporting and annual social audits.
- Support budget and forecast phases.
- Conduct audits related to social data and assist HRD in analyzing HR processes.
- Develop ad hoc presentations and analyses based on business needs.
- Evaluate and harmonize payroll processes, including potential outsourcing and project coordination.
- Map and analyze tools used by companies, supporting the implementation of group HRIS solutions.
- Advise local HR teams on process improvements and tool sharing feasibility.
- Ensure data quality and proper tool usage, maintaining security and GDPR compliance.
- Act as the focal point for Group HRIS projects, ensuring the HR network is informed and trained.
- Collect local tool needs and propose common solutions where feasible.
- Participate in other ad hoc projects within Métiers d'Art.
Qualifications
- Master's or University Degree in Management or Human Resources.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian preferred.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in HR, either in a generalist role seeking broader exposure or in a central HR systems/processes position.

Master's or University Degree in Management or Human Resources.
