Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the commercial strategy of Riba Guixà in alignment with growth objectives.
- Launch an Italian subsidiary to enhance market presence.
- Develop long-term partnerships with major luxury clients.
- Oversee and orchestrate a high-performing commercial organization.
- Report directly to the CEO and participate in the executive leadership team.
- Manage a team including 4 Internal Sales Managers, 2 External Agents, and 2 Back Office Professionals.
- Build and mentor the Italian subsidiary’s team.
- Ensure close coordination across business units.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial leadership within leather, luxury materials, or fashion.
- Strategic thinking and hands-on leadership capabilities.
- Fluency in English; professional command of French and Italian; Spanish is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the codes and expectations of luxury clients.
- Availability for regular travel within Europe.
- Previous exposure to LVMH or similar groups is highly valued.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 10 years in commercial leadership roles within the luxury supply chain.
