Role & Responsibilities

  • Report to the logistics project manager and drive continuous improvement and productivity projects across Customer Service and Transport functions.
  • Provide operational oversight of the central warehouse logistics service and ensure reliable execution of the logistics contract.
  • Ensure smooth receipt of products from factories and suppliers; coordinate stakeholders to identify and resolve inbound and inbound-related issues.
  • Support Customer Service and Transport teams in resolving logistics problems and incidents.
  • Perform weekly stock monitoring and investigate inventory variances.
  • Support the growth of Parfums Givenchy e‑commerce flows through process improvements and operational initiatives.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional logistics projects with IT, logistics operations and customer service, including ad hoc studies.
  • Participate in the development and deployment of reporting and performance tracking tools (Power BI).

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering programme (Bac+4 / Bac+5) in logistics, supply chain or a general engineering curriculum.
  • Proven command of English.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with business intelligence/reporting tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical mindset and a proactive approach to process improvement.
