Role & Responsibilities
- Support the management and development of Travel Retail activities across the European market.
- Prepare planning and monthly phasing per product and customer in coordination with commercial, finance, and supply teams.
- Assist with sales forecast and demand planning reporting using internal tools such as SAP.
- Support the preparation of various internal financial reports.
- Ensure product availability within the assigned scope.
- Assist in preparing planning and monthly phasing by product and customer.
- Provide support in collecting data for analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date files of commercialized products, including SKU and EAN codes.
- Assist with order monitoring, stock verification, and production quantities.
- Participate in ad-hoc analyses to support sales team initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for Cruise Line Trade Marketing Europe.
- Assist in brainstorming, creating, and implementing tailor-made activations onboard European luxury cruises.
- Help with ordering and dispatching service materials.
- Support the organization of events, such as Naming Ceremonies and Maison visits.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams of MH and partners.
- Organize training sessions with clients.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program.
- Initial experience in consumer goods, ideally in the luxury or wine & spirits sector.
Skills

No prior experience required, but initial experience in consumer goods is appreciated.
